All That Jazz - DSI Formal Dance

Please join us for a very special evening of dancing and fellowship. This event is free to individuals with a disability (high school age and older) and their caregiver or support staff. Light refreshments will be provided for all event attendees.

An individual with an intellectual or developmental disability may bring no more than two (2) guests, who must also register.

The first 300 people to register (guests included) will receive a free t-shirt.

Due to limited seating, registration will close August 1st OR when all tickets have been reserved.

Event doors open at 6:00 pm. Please note this event will take place at The Commons in Downtown Columbus, Indiana. Please use Washington Street entrance.
